EAK Directors train for sporting events…
This year EAK’s directors are both training for up coming sporting events.
Mark Burley is training for the Marathon des Sables, a gruelling 6 day / 151 mile (243km) endurance running race across the Sahara Desert in Morocco, taking place at the end of March.
Freya Conway is training for a 400 mile cycle ride from Land’s End to London in aid of The Shooting Stars Hospice over Easter Bank holiday weekend.
Wish them both luck!
Future plans include climbing the North Face of the Eiger and reaching the summit of Everest…….watch this space!
