Trip Information
Extreme SNOW Kids is based in and around the famous mountain town of Banff, which is situated in the heart of Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies. While people browse in the shops, elk, big horn sheep, moose and mountain goats meander around the beautiful National Park.
We stay in a 3* traditional Canadian log hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and there is a cosy living area with a log fire for relaxation in the evenings. The children have an ‘all you can eat’ breakfast and either a freshly packed lunch or a delicious BBQ roast in the snow. In the evenings, the children are given enormous helpings of hot food. We also provide yummy snacks in the morning, afternoon and evening before they go to bed – maple cookies are most definitely their favourite! With so much excitement and energy expelled in these adventure packed days, we make sure the children’s hungry appetites are completely satisfied.
Adventure Activities
Extreme SNOW Kids offers exciting activities all based on snow or ice with fully qualified instructors. Our instructors use specialised equipment and all of the activities are designed specifically for children of all abilities. In addition to the qualified instructors, our EAK staff participate in all of the activities to enhance supervision and safety of your child and on adventure days the ratio of staff to children can be as high as 1:3.
Please see the Itinerary for an example of what we offer. In the evenings we have cosy nights in around the log fire, we play games, watch movies, cook delicious food and tell funny stories about the day’s adventures.
