Extreme UK Kids is based in and around the famous village of Cheddar in Somerset, which is situated on the edge of the beautiful Mendip Hills. Cheddar is well known for it’s creation of Cheddar cheese, and is also the home of the largest gorge in England.

We stay in a magnificent period country manor house just outside Cheddar, which is used exclusively for Extreme UK Kids. We have full use of the grounds to play games in the evenings and the property is CCTV protected for added security. The rooms have two or three beds; they are beautifully decorated and most of them have ensuite bathrooms.

We employ our very own residential EAK chef, who cooks delicious fresh meals and is on site all week to make sure that the children’s hungry appetites are satisfied. The children have an ‘all you can eat’ breakfast, a freshly packed lunch and enormous helpings of hot, home cooked food in the evenings. We also give them yummy snacks in the morning, afternoon and evening before they go to bed.

What do we do?
Extreme UK Kids offers five full days of exciting land and water based outdoor activities with fully qualified instructors at a variety of specialist outdoor activity centres. In addition to the qualified instructors, our EAK staff participate in all of the activities to enhance supervision and safety of your child.

Activities can be chosen from the list below, we tailor every adventure to the requirements of the group.

School sports e.g. football/rugby/hockey lessons and fun party games are also available.

When you inquire it is helpful to supply us with the number of children, their ages, preferred activities, provisional dates and your departure location. School and private trips are available.

This trip includes all travel, accommodation, food, activities, equipment and qualified instructors. Cost per person is from £479 (dependent on the range of activities booked).
