Parents Information
Please read our page on Health and Safety to give you peace of mind that your child is in the very best of care whilst they are on one of our adventures.
What is the staff to child ratio?
On our Sport Relief Challenge a teacher from your school or group leader will be in charge of your son or daughter at all times on the adventure. We also have very experienced EAK expedition team leaders who are allocated to your team. They will meet your team in London at departure and will travel with the team at all times throughout the adventure. EAK staff take part in all activities with your team. In addition to this we employ fully qualified instructors and guides for all activities (all safety equipment is supplied). This exceptionally high number of staff gives a first class ratio of adults to children.
Why choose EAK?
EAK aims to develop your children’s confidence to think on their feet in a safe environment and satisfy their thurst for new adventures. On EAK adventures we provide an environment in which each child can fulfil his or her potential providing knowledgeable, qualified instructors, beautiful scenery and exciting adventures – did we mention the delicious food? Our lively adventures offer a fantastic opportunity for children to form lasting friendships, where all personalities thrive and flourish. With EAK, children can explore new challenges, and most importantly, develop their independence whilst growing into caring, supportive and exciting young people.
