We are far from a typical tour operator working from a high rise office – we do the same job as you, and very much enjoy organising and leading exciting expeditions in the school holidays.

EAK’s Managing Directors and our fantastic team of staff are nearly all teachers working in schools across the South of England. We know how stressful it is to organise a school trip and the huge amount of time and paperwork involved!

We put everything in place for you to ease these pressures. We supply skeleton letters for parents and extremely detailed risk assessments for every part of the adventure.  Our very experienced and qualified instructors enable you to relax whilst children are enjoying the activities, in the knowledge they are in the very best hands.

When you book an adventure with us, you will be assigned an EAK member of staff who will liase with you up to, during and after your expedition. They will also be able to come to your school a month before departure to give a talk to the parents about kit and answer any questions they may have.

Contact us by either email info@extremeadventurekids.co.uk or by telephone 07807 987 488 to register a provisional booking and then we will send you the booking forms for each participant to fill out.

As soon as we receive your completed booking forms and deposit we will contact you to discuss the finer details and your booking will be confirmed. After this we will send you a detailed itinerary, kit list and departure details. We will invite you to a group leader’s orientation evening where we will discuss the risk assessments and final details with you.
